Patients: Full name, contact details (phone, email), emergency contacts, digital health card identifier, appointment bookings, vital logs, and prescriptions.
Healthcare Providers (Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals): Professional registration numbers, medical council certifications, identity verification proofs, clinic locations, and fee configurations.
Technical Data: IP address, device telemetry, browser type, and consultation connectivity logs for quality assurance.

Connecting you with licensed medical practitioners via in-person or live WebRTC video consultations.

3Teleconsultation & WebRTC Security

Video and audio streams during telemedicine consultations are routed via secure WebRTC protocols with DTLS/SRTP encryption.

Live video feeds are ephemeral and are not recorded, stored, or reviewed by Vaididea staff unless explicitly authorized by both doctor and patient for specialized clinical audit.

Doctor Directory Visibility: Doctors can toggle public discovery and phone masking at any time in Settings.
Notification Preferences: Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp alerts directly from your profile settings.
